Will I only get one design?
No! We will continuously collaborate together until you are 100% happy with every aspect of your design.

Will you work within my budget?
Absolutely. This process is structured to your hopes & goals, and staying within budget is an integral part of that. No matter how large or small your budget may be, we pride ourselves in making sure your space feels like home.

Do packages ever expire?
Packages do not have an expiration date and can be redeemed at any time. You can also take advantage of any yearly sales and purchase packages prior to when you know you will be using them. This often happens when clients are building a home!

I rent my home
That’s great! Rent or own, everyone deserves to have a home that reflects them. While there may be certain limitations (such as paint, permanent structures, flooring etc.), rest assured that your space can still feel authentically you.

can I include pieces I already own?
Of course! Updating, renovating or refreshing a room doesn't mean you need to start fresh. You’d be surprised how wonderfully mixing new and old pieces can bring a space together.

do you work with clients in the US?
As Canadians, we’re often envious of the amazing retailers you have. Jokes aside, absolutely! We love working with American clients. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars.

can I provide inspiration photos?
Please do! We encourage our clients to provide us with inspiration photos prior to the visioning session, as it really helps to set the direction of where a space is headed. It is also completely okay to not know your design style, what’s why we’re here to help you figure that out.
